Automation Architect

I help small, tech-forward teams run on better systems by designing and implementing lean automation that cuts manual work and pays for itself.

Who I am

Who I am

Who I am

I'm a senior project and programme manager turned independent automation consultant. Over the past decade I've led cross-functional projects in operational excellence, process improvement, and automation for companies including Zalando, Tradebyte Software (Zalando Group), Emma Mattress, and several international consultancies.

My expertise lies at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and technology: turning messy workflows into clear roadmaps, then leading teams from discovery to go-live without drama.

Principles I build systems on

A few principles that guide how I approach every project.

Calm, structured delivery

Clear scope, realistic timelines, and steady communication. We map workflows first, then design, test, and roll out changes in manageable steps.

Transparency & trust

Everything is built in your own accounts with clear naming, comments, and documentation, so nothing is a black box and you stay in control of how it works.

Lean, measurable change

I prefer focused, shippable improvements over big-bang projects, and I tie work to concrete outcomes such as hours saved, fewer errors, or faster cycle times.

Respect for your team

Automation is there to remove busywork, not people. The aim is more time for meaningful and creative work and less burnout.

When working together makes sense

A simple view of when my way of working is a good match and when it might not be.

A good fit if...

You are a small or mid-sized team and already run your business in modern tools.

Probably not a fit if…

You mainly want a plug-and-play tool that fixes everything with almost no time or input from your team.
