This notice explains how I process personal data on hannusch.pro and the sub-pages linked from it (collectively, the “Site”), in particular the /contact form and any scheduling or follow-up links I send you. This also applies to card.hannusch.pro (my EnBizCard page hosted on Netlify).
What I collect
1) When you contact me
Data: name, email, company, website, role, challenge, intent, consent (checkbox), plus basic technical metadata (timestamp, IP/logs).
Source: you provide the form fields; logs come from hosting.
2) When you visit the Site
Data: standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, referrer, pages, timestamps).
Purpose: operate the Site, prevent abuse, debug performance.
Analytics: I use Pirsch Analytics (Emvi Software GmbH, Germany) for cookie-free, privacy-friendly web analytics. Pirsch does not use cookies or local storage. To analyse usage in aggregate (e.g. page views, referrers, button clicks, device/browser), Pirsch generates a short-lived, pseudonymous visitor ID using a hashing algorithm with the IP address, user agent, date and a site-specific salt as input. The IP address is not stored (neither fully nor partially) and is irreversibly anonymised by the hash. Because the date is included, visitors cannot be recognised for more than 24 hours and cannot be tracked across multiple websites. Rough localisation (country/city) is performed via a locally integrated database. For improved reliability (e.g. ad blockers), the Pirsch scripts/endpoints are served via a first-party subdomain (h1.hannusch.pro) that points to Pirsch.
Why I process your data (legal bases)
Responding to enquiries / pre-contract steps: to understand your use case, propose next steps, and schedule a call. Legal basis: performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Operating and securing the Site: server logs, spam prevention (honeypot), and rate-limiting. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and improving the Site: to understand which pages and content are used, identify navigation issues, and improve the Site over time (using Pirsch Analytics in cookie-free). Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics.
Record-keeping if we work together: invoices and project records. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Where your data goes (processors/recipients)
I use a small number of service providers under data-processing agreements. They process personal data from the /contact form and follow-up emails only on my instructions and with appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where data leaves the EEA).
Hosting & forms: Framer B.V. (EU): serves the site and handles form submission.
Automation & routing: Make a.s. (EU): receives the form payload and routes it to the tools below.
Productivity & communications: Google Workspace (EU/US): Gmail (email), Drive/Docs/Sheets (proposal and pre-sales materials), Calendar (scheduling intro calls).
CRM / lead database: Airtable, Inc. (US/EU): stores enquiries and related activity.
Notifications (optional): Slack (US/EU): private new-lead alerts only.
Analytics (web traffic and events): Pirsch Analytics (Emvi Software GmbH, Germany). Cookieless web analytics; no cookies/local storage. Uses a hashing approach for a short-lived visitor ID based on technical request data (IP address/user agent/date/salt) to provide aggregate statistics (including approximate location). Pirsch provides a Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitung) for EU controllers, and is hosted in Germany.
